We are partnering with a well-established international securities platform in Asia, looking to hire an Institutional Equity Sales professional in Singapore.
This is an opportunity to join a front-office team focused on institutional client coverage across regional markets, supporting both secondary trading flow and primary deal distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand relationships with institutional clients including asset managers, hedge funds, insurance firms, banks, and family offices
- Drive idea generation and distribution across equity products, including research, secondary market opportunities, and primary issuances
- Actively engage clients through meetings, calls, and roadshows to present investment ideas and market updates
- Execute and maintain a structured client coverage plan aligned with team revenue objectives
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders including research, trading, and syndicate teams to deliver solutions to clients
- Support broader team initiatives and contribute to overall business development efforts
Ideal Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience within Institutional Equity Sales or a closely related front-office role
- Demonstrated track record covering institutional clients across equities
- Strong understanding of equity markets; exposure to equity financing or structured solutions is advantageous
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to originate and develop client relationships
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to support regional client engagement
