Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an HR Manager or HRBP within private equity, asset management, or professional/financial services.
- Strong ability to partner with senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a lean HR function
- Broad HR generalist expertise across performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
- Demonstrated capability to quickly assume responsibility and manage BAU with minimal ramp-up time
- High level of discretion and sound judgement in handling sensitive HR matters
