Requirements
- Proven years of experience as an HR Consultant specializing in restructuring and employee relations within the financial services or technology sector
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM compliance requirements
- Proven ability to provide discreet, empathetic, and commercially minded employee relations support
- Demonstrated capability to manage consultation processes, documentation, and timelines independently
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and support line managers effectively
- Trusted track record in handling confidential employee matters with professionalism and discretion
