Head of Cards (Web3 Payments)
Budget: up to SGD 300,000 base + OTE
Location: Singapore
Our client, a regulated digital payments and cross-border service provider, is seeking a Head of Cards to lead the rollout and growth of its global B2B card business within Web3. This is a high-impact role responsible for defining the card strategy, managing scheme and issuer/processor partnerships, compliance alignment, and commercial performance.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate card rails with wallet, fiat, and digital asset infrastructure. This is a strategic and execution role with full ownership of launching, scaling, and optimizing card programs (corporate, prepaid, debit, and potentially digital-asset linked cards)
Our Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in B2B Web3 with card issuing or programme management exposure.
- Strong understanding of card scheme rules, interchange economics, and programme structures
- Track record of launching and scaling card products or programmes
- Familiarity with multi-currency or digital asset-linked card programs
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive product growth and programme performance
