Key Responsibilities
- Deliver annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans with accurate analysis and reporting.
- Provide financial insights, modelling, and recommendations to support decision-making and performance management.
- Ensure strong financial governance, risk management, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in finance, business partnering, FP&A, strategy, operations, or analytics, with a professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
- Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management in multinational or shared services.
- Strong data analytics and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel and reporting tool proficiency.
- Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships, influence decisions, and work in complex, matrixed organisations.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver clear, actionable financial insights.
