A global payments platform is hiring an Account Manager in Singapore to manage and grow strategic merchant relationships across large-scale, cross-border businesses. This is a hybrid consultative sales and solutioning role with direct exposure to the largest ecommerce ecosystems globally, focused on driving revenue expansion, product adoption, and long-term client success. You will own and develop key accounts, working closely with internal product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver tailored payment solutions.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years of experience with a strong understanding of payment ecosystems including cross-border flows, local payment methods, and compliance considerations.
- Background in presales, solution architect, technical account management, or customer success within payments.
- Exposure to agentic solutions or advanced payment optimisation strategies is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to manage merchants based in China.
- Comfortable with occasional business trips
