We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive – BFSI to drive business growth within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and positioning technology-led solutions that address complex enterprise challenges.
This role requires a strong blend of consultative selling, account management, and an understanding of digital transformation initiatives within BFSI organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow assigned BFSI accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and increase wallet share
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities for technology services and solutions
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and procurement teams
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to craft compelling proposals
- Lead end-to-end deal lifecycle, from opportunity creation through contract closure
- Understand client business objectives and align technology solutions to address pain points
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client initiatives within the BFSI domain
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting using CRM tools
Essential Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with a strong focus on BFSI clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, large-deal environments
- Experience selling IT services, digital transformation, cloud, data, or infrastructure solutions
- Strong understanding of BFSI industry dynamics, regulations, and technology adoption trends
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder buying groups
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and consultative selling abilities
