Responsibilities:
  • Conduct industry / market research, financial analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, valuation and supporting the overall execution of CF/ M&A/ IFA/ IPO / Fundraising transactions
  • Possess strong knowledge of the equity issuance process (IPOs, Follow-on Offerings and Private Fund Raising); the role will be directly involved in supporting the team on all aspects of deal execution
  • Lead in the execution of fund raising workstreams by working closely with issuers, the professional teams and internal stakeholders to manage, plan and formulate all related workstream in meeting project deliverables and timelines
  • Assist in day-to-day execution for listing, M&A and capital-raising transactions
  • Prepare client presentation materials, marketing related materials including teaser/ term sheets and reports
  • Possess comprehensive market knowledge of equity capital markets and apply this knowledge by generating beneficial ideas for clients, thinking strategically around capital formation, execution and marketing needs
 
Profile of Ideal Candidate:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Proven experience (typically 3-6 years) in transaction advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, ECM / IPO
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
  • Knowledge of business valuation techniques and merger integration concepts.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ethical and professional conduct with a high level of integrity.
