Responsibilities would include:
- Work closely with senior management across the Group's investments, corporate finance and strategic initiatives.
- Investments: Evaluating acquisitions and partnerships, financial modelling and valuation, due diligence, and supporting deal execution with external advisors.
- Portfolio analysis: Reviewing how portfolio companies are performing, and supporting capital allocation and value-creation initiatives.
- Strategic projects: Support group-level M&A, expansion, restructuring and new business opportunities, plus sector and market research.
- Senior management support: preparing materials for senior management and board discussions, with exposure across a broad range of industries.
Profile of ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, Big 4 Deal Advisory / Transaction Services, corporate development, private equity or strategy consulting
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, FP&A and analytical skills
- Commercially minded, intellectually curious and comfortable working across multiple industries and business situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities
