You will lead the development and delivery of structured change strategies to ensure strong stakeholder engagement, high system adoption, and successful cultural and operational transition across the organisation.
About the role
- Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for planning and delivering end-to-end change activities across a complex ERP program operating in a low change-maturity environment.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive change management plan across all stages of the ERP program
- Designing and delivering communication and engagement strategies, including preparation of executive and staff-facing materials
- Identifying, managing and mitigating change resistance across diverse business areas
- Embedding change activities into project schedules and delivery plans
- Proactively identifying change risks and issues and implementing mitigation strategies
- Providing coaching, guidance and support to uplift team capability and foster a positive change culture
- Working closely with the Change Lead and project teams to ensure a consistent change approach across the Digital Transformation portfolio
Key challenges
- Supporting ERP adoption in an organisation with low change management maturity
- Managing change across multiple business units with shared ownership of the ERP platform
- Enabling subject matter experts to effectively engage with their respective business areas
About you
- You are a confident, hands-on Change Manager with proven experience delivering change in large digital and ERP transformation programs, ideally within government or similarly complex environments.
- You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience leading organisational change for major digital or ERP implementations
- Strong capability in developing and delivering change, communications, engagement and resistance management plans
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across executive, technical and operational groups
- The ability to coach and guide teams through change and build organisational resilience
- Strong analytical, organisational and time-management skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project delivery tools
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in change management
- Sound knowledge of recognised change management methodologies and tools
