- Change Analyst x2
- Sydney CBD (Haymarket) + travel across sites | Hybrid
- $850 – $949 per day + super (PAYG)
- 6-month contract with strong extension potential (approved through to Feb 2027)
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver change activities across the program including assessment, analysis, development and implementation
- Support development of key change deliverables including business case inputs and delivery artefacts
- Conduct change impact assessments using recognised methodologies (e.g. PROSCI / ADKAR)
- Develop and execute change plans, communications and reporting aligned to program objectives
- Undertake current vs future state analysis and support transition planning
- Manage stakeholder engagement, expectations, risks and issues across the program
- Build strong relationships across business and project teams to support change readiness and adoption
- Proven experience as a Change Analyst within large-scale programs or projects
- Strong capability in change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement and change delivery
- Experience working with structured change methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR)
- Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel across Sydney to operational sites (e.g. depots, stations)
