The FAD Program is a significant regulatory and technology transformation established to implement legislative reforms to the Commonwealth Funding and Disclosure Scheme, increasing transparency and accountability within a key system.
Working within a complex multidisciplinary program, the Change Analyst will provide hands-on change support with a particular focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), technology go-live, stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness. We are looking for a practical, hands-on Change Analyst who enjoys working closely with the business and project delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of change activities across a complex technology and regulatory transformation.
- Support UAT and go-live activities, working closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, SMEs and technology delivery teams.
- Develop communications, surveys, presentations and supporting change materials.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and collect, analyse and report stakeholder feedback.
- Monitor tactical change activities, identify risks/issues and escalate where appropriate.
- Integrate change activities into Agile delivery workflows, working closely with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Support business readiness, adoption and resistance-management activities.
- Develop clear reporting and documentation to communicate change progress, risks and outcomes.
- Analyse data and feedback to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Approximately 1–3 years' hands-on change management/change analysis experience.
- Experience working within a complex transformation or technology program.
- Exposure to UAT, technology go-live and implementation/readiness activities.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent written communication and ability to develop concise documentation and reports.
- Confidence analysing data and presenting findings.
- A proactive, collaborative and adaptable approach.
- Federal Government or similarly complex organisational experience would be highly regarded.
- An active AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory and must be held prior to commencement.
