They are hiring a Business Development Lead to drive expansion across East Asia, owning market entry strategy, ecosystem mapping, and execution. Responsibilities include identifying and securing partnerships with banks, wallets, and payment infrastructure players and negotiating commercial agreements.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 5–12 years of experience in partnerships or market expansion within fintech, consulting, or start up environment
- Deep understanding of local business practices, regulatory nuances, and ecosystem dynamics in Greater China markets
- Proven ability to build partnerships from scratch in new or ambiguous markets
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills across cultures
- Fluent in English and Mandarin due to the need to communicate with stakeholders based in China
