Requirements
- 3–8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role within fund services or the financial industry, with a strong knowledge of unit trusts, mutual funds, valuation, custody, and banking services.
- Solid understanding of fiduciary duties and financial administration processes.
- Experience with securities services, platforms, functions, and products.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior management effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Good to have skills or certification in data analysis, process mapping, documentation, gap/impact analysis, solution validation, and root cause analysis.
As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working in Hong Kong without sponsorship.
