Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end client delivery from discovery and analysis through to implementation support
- Act as a core Business Analyst on payments transformation programmes, leading requirements definition and process analysis
- Analyse complete payment journeys including cross‑border, domestic, high‑value, and real‑time transactions, as well as clearing and settlement processes
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and support programme governance through presentations and documentation
Requirements
- Proven years of experience as a Business Analyst in payments, transaction banking, or cash management
- Deep understanding of global payments ecosystems, with strong exposure across Europe and ASEAN markets
- Practical expertise in SWIFT messaging frameworks (MT/MX) and ISO 20022 migration or implementation projects
- Solid background in corporate banking, treasury services, or institutional payments environments
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with credibility in front of senior clients
- Background in consulting would be good to have, particularly experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
