- Technical Business Analyst: EUC/Tablet Device Deployment

You will work closely with Infrastructure & Operations, technology teams, suppliers and business stakeholders to define requirements, support deployment planning and ensure technology solutions are ready for successful implementation and go-live.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, document and manage functional and non-functional requirements throughout the technology delivery and operational lifecycle.
- Support the planning and delivery of a large-scale EUC and tablet roll-out, including requirements associated with device deployment, allocation and operational readiness.
- Support asset tracking and device lifecycle processes, ensuring technology assets can be effectively tracked and managed throughout deployment.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical and non-functional specifications for technology teams.
- Produce detailed BA documentation including user stories, use cases, process flows, functional specifications and requirements traceability.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders, undertake gap analysis and map requirements to system functionality.
- Work closely with Infrastructure & Operations teams across EUC, tablets, networking and associated infrastructure.
- Support site commissioning, large-scale device deployment, technology refresh and go-live readiness activities.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships across a multi-supplier environment.
- Support technical teams and business stakeholders throughout design, build, testing, deployment and implementation.
- Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies affecting technology delivery.
- Use Jira, Microsoft Planner or similar tools to manage requirements and track delivery activities.
- You will bring strong Technical Business Analysis experience within complex ICT environments, combined with practical knowledge of EUC and large-scale technology deployments.
- Strong functional knowledge of End User Computing, tablet devices and associated infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale device deployments, technology refreshes, site commissioning or go-live readiness.
- Experience with asset tracking / technology asset management associated with device deployments.
- CXone experience (desired), ideally involving contact centre platform changes or implementations.
- Strong experience eliciting and managing functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories and use cases.
- Strong workshop facilitation, process mapping and gap-analysis capability.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
- Demonstrated supplier relationship management, including experience working in multi-supplier environments.
- Experience working within project-based technology delivery environments.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous NSW Government experience is not required.
