Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst supporting CRM systems
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configurations, including workflows, forms, and dashboards
- Strong background in incident, service request, and change management within SLA-driven environments
- Solid knowledge of data governance, integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., PDPA)
- Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve system issues with IT teams and vendors
- Proficiency in requirements management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
