As part of their continued growth in Singapore, they are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead the boutique team, drive commercial performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day management of the boutique. This role combines commercial leadership, client development, team management, and operational excellence to ensure the highest standards of luxury retail execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive boutique sales performance and achieve commercial targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify growth opportunities.
Client Development & CRM
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-net-worth customers.
- Drive client acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
- Leverage CRM tools and customer insights to enhance client engagement and lifetime value.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing boutique team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and development initiatives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning activities.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-centricity.
Boutique Operations
- Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, stock reconciliation, and boutique security.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and an exceptional boutique environment.
Reporting & Administration
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales, inventory, and operational reports.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and operational documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury retail, watches, jewellery, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong clienteling experience with the ability to build and maintain VIP customer relationships.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience with the ability to develop and inspire teams.
- Strong operational and commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and retail systems.
