A reputable bank is seeking a VP, Structured/Project Finance Credit to join the team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for assessing loan applications – identify credit risks for the SF/PF transaction, assessment of credit risk mitigants and ensuring loans adhere to the bank’s lending policies. Tracking and assessing borrower’s financial status for any appropriate actions, preparation of responses to the relevant regulatory and statutory authorities if required.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience with project/structured finance transactions. Sector specialist experience in any relevant FIs/organisations. Strong financial analysis skills, strong communication skills a pre-requisite for the role as you will need to present or explain complex topics or reports.
