  • Candidates must have experience in VC, private equity, management of high growth tech companies, corporate strategy, corporate development, or M&A activities
 

Responsibilities would include:

  • Work under senior leadership to oversee and grow the value of key portfolios
  • Understand the overall business of the portfolio companies and dive deep in certain aspects of the company
  • Build a productive relationship with the senior management of the portfolio companies to provide guidance in achieving the objectives and establish strategic alignment with other key shareholders
  • Identify improvement potentials and delivery value creation activities to the key portfolio companies to ensure growth, high performance and sustainability
  • Create an exit opportunity for investment through M&A, IPO, or any trade sale (secondary buy-out)
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics to provide insights and recommendations for portfolio optimization
  • Provide portfolio-related reports and analysis for internal and external teams to communicate portfolio performance, insights, and recommendations
  • Lead and mentor a team dedicated to portfolio management
 

Profile of ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 
  • Minimum of 8-15 years of relevant working experience 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of companies and driving growth and value creation
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, can think strategically 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in portfolio optimization and performance management, strategic planning and execution, and financial analysis and modeling
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
