You will be responsible for leading key projects for Card Operations. Working closely with the relevant business units, you will come up with solutions to improve workflow efficiency so as to improve customer experience. You will be required to analyse data trends, identify issues on processes and propose suitable recommendations for change.
The ideal candidate has 8-10 years’ experience with relevant Card Operations experience with strong knowledge or data analytics, operations risk & controls or change projects. Strong communication skills a pre-requisite as you will be working closely with key business stakeholders.
