  • Candidates must have relevant financial services / FIG / payments background. Suits candidates who enjoy project management aspect of consulting, strategy. 
 

Responsibilities would include:

  • Act as internal consultant to business units across the firm
  • Conduct industry studies and strategic research projects, carry out in-depth analysis of key businesses, and provide relevant strategic recommendations to support management discussions and decision-making processes
  • Employ a systematic business analysis and strategic planning methodology to assist the company in developing medium to long-term strategic plans and managing business 
  • Continuously monitor and track industry dynamics and competitors’ strategies, study the industry's latest business practices and models, and propose recommendations for the company's strategic development
  • Provide guidance to the business team in developing specific business plans and long-term strategies and offer research support to the business team in formulating and executing these plans
 

Profile of ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • At least 4-7 years of working experience in consulting firm / advisory firm / fintech / investment institution, with financial services / payments background
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and logical thinking, proficiency in business model and data analysis
  • Experience in leading projects and engagements
  • Good to have: Familiar with overseas (especially Southeast Asia, Latin America, Europe, and other emerging regions) payment and financial innovation development
