An international Consumer Goods company are currently recruiting for a Sourcing Innovation Manager. The Sourcing Innovation Manager will lead strategic sourcing regionally and globally in direct and indirect spend for new innovations, new technologies and new products within the nutrition industry

The Sourcing Innovation Manager will manage global suppliers and have procurement responsibilities for new technology, products, ingredients and services. You will establish and develop strategic relationships with research institutions, new ventures and start ups creating complex agreements whilst working closely with R&D teams on innovation scouting, development and launching of new products.

The successful candidate will have extensive procurement experience within the Nutrition and/or Beaty industry which includes strategic sourcing, suppler relationship management and developing complex legal and commercial agreements relating to innovation. You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to interact and influence senior stakeholders.
