A reputable life insurer is in the search for an experienced Regional Senior Manager, Risk & Governance.  
 
The Role:
The role entails taking on a key role in driving initiatives to enhance risk framework across APAC countries, ensuring country and BU are aligned with overall framework. You will monitor, enhance and embed risk, control and governance policies whilst bridging the gap between business, management and regulator standards and industry best practices. With an objective to build a sustainable and effective risk culture and mindset, you will enhance business and management’s risk and governance knowledge, accountability and behaviour.
 
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Risk, Governance, Compliance, Control experience with insurance or financial services sector
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across diverse business structures
  • Demonstrate ability to navigate in dynamic and complex businesses
  • Excellent communication, senior stakeholder engagement and project management skills
