An opportunity has come up with one of the Big 4 firms for a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation. The ideal candidate would have previous experience preparing and supporting the automation of finance processes using robotic process automation AI and Machine Learning. This person must have 5-8 years of experience as a Process Champion or Consultant.
 
Some responsibilities are listed below but not limited to:
  • Provide support and guide team in gathering data and information to understand the current state processes through interviews and process walkthroughs with the client counterparts
  • Analyze, understand, optimize and/or (re-)design end-to-end Finance processes, including technology used
  • Lead research and collection of relevant information and knowledge from our internal resources to provide value-adding recommendations
  • Describe Finance Policies and improve Finance Data & Standards and work towards implementation of enhancements within Finance Performance Management
  • Determine the (digital) Finance strategy, design the Finance Operating Model and set up the Finance Governance to arm CFO offices for the future Finance Function
  • Work closely with Directors and Partners in proposal development
