Responsibilities would include:
  • Work closely and assist senior management on various transactions (Debt, Equity, and Capital Market issuances, M&A, Divestment and Investments, etc.)
  • Work closely with advisors/investors/lenders based in US, UK, EU, HK & SG
  • Work closely with team based in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and China, etc. on various strategic projects to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare professional presentation and marketing materials / pitch documents
  • Build financial projections, equity/debt models, corporate valuation and analysis
  • Monthly Analysis – analyse selected entity or sub-group monthly/quarterly management reports, including overall P&L balance sheet and cash flow analysis, working capital analysis, business highlights and analyse impact for deliverables to be submitted to internal management, etc. (using Excel and Tableau)
  • Forecast & Budget – analyse the rolling forecast, annual budget and long-term projections (using Excel and systems)
  • Provide financial and accounting support for the new projects of the Group
  • Might be required to travel from time to time (20-25%), as required by the organisation         


Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline 
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience in finance, preferably in Petrochemical / Oil & Gas / Green Energy / Infrastructure sectors
  • Good business communication skills
  • Thorough in accountancy & corporate finance  
  • Experience in developing, executing and concluding financing transactions
  • Strong financial modeling skills with full understanding of DCF & valuation
  • Good at creating impactful presentations & pitch documents 
  • Extensive experience of working with financial institutions/funds
  • Highly goal driven / result oriented, team player and works well in fast-paced environments
  • Fluency in Mandarin / Bahasa / Malay will be a plus for internal & external communications and engagement
