The Role:

My client is a market-leading conglomerate with a global presence. Reporting to the Global General Counsel, they are recruiting for a public M&A counsel to support their fast expanding international business lines. This is a newly created role and also an excellent opportunity for a lawyer in private practice to transit into an in-house role.


Job Requirements:

  • Singapore or Common Law Qualified, with a minimum of 8 to 10 PQE
  • Strong experience in public M&A deals, JV, capital markets experience
  • Familiarity with Public List Co regulatory reporting
  • Experience handling and negotiating commercial services agreements, EPC, Power project finance experience, ad hoc dispute management
  • Must demonstrate independence, initiative, and strong analytical skills while being a team player with a positive attitude.
