Responsibilities:
- Support assay development and qualification related to mRNA, lipids, conjugates, and lipid nanoparticle characterization
- Perform routine testing using HPLC, Western Blot, qPCR, UV-vis, ELISA, gel electrophoresis, etc.
- Maintain cell culture and cell passage and other lab duties such as instrument maintenance, SOP drafting, sample submission etc.
Requirements:
- Degree or Master in analytical sciences or related discipline (chemistry, biological sciences, molecular biology, cell biology, biotechnology, etc.)
- At least 2 years hands on relevant experience in a wet lab setting
- Familiar with routine testing (e.g. HPLC, Western Blot, qPCR, ELISA, gel electrophoresis) and cell culture techniques
- Proficient in method troubleshooting
- Experience in using statistical and excel for data analysis and presentation
- Excellence interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent and detail-oriented fast learner
