A HK-based Real Estate Investment client is hiring for a Senior Accountant/Finance Manager to join the team.
 
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for corporate level finance management for the firm. Financial reporting, management reporting and statutory reporting will be the key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in budgeting, forecasting exercises as well as tax reporting and some transactional support duties. There is some finance transformation work that the team is considering as well hence would be helpful if the candidate is familiar with Yardi accounting system.
 
At least 4-6 years relevant experience within fund accounting/fund finance, preferably in private equity/real estate background. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with professional accounting certifications will be highly considered. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills are a pre-requisite for the role. Yardi accounting software experience is a plus, not a must!
