Sales Development Representative (SDR) role with a background screening firm in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking
- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels, ensuring they are qualified and supported
- Regularly update sales activity and progress, providing insights into pipeline health and market insights.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales of lead generation, preferably within the B2B space
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on qualifying and setting appointments for the sales team
- Familiar with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and other sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn)
