A leading global investment firm is seeking an Associate to join its Research and Strategy team to contribute to macroeconomic research and portfolio strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global markets, economic trends, and macroeconomic policy, along with strong quantitative and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth macroeconomic analysis across global markets, with a focus on identifying trends and investment opportunities.
  • Develop and present actionable investment strategies to portfolio managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor macroeconomic events, geopolitical developments, and central bank policies, and assess their impact on multi-asset portfolios.
  • Provide thought leadership on economic trends, interest rates, and market dynamics to support investment decision-making.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in macroeconomic analysis, preferably within the investment management or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of global fixed income markets, multi-asset strategies, and macroeconomic policies.
  • Proven track record in developing macro-driven investment strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
  • Advanced degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
