Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company product line planning and design work, and ensure alignment to the latest market trend
  • Oversee the operation of research institute
  • Lead and guide R&D Team
  • Support R&D Team to troubleshoot technical challenges


Requirements:

  • PhD degree with 5 years' IVD product development, with a focus on molecular product
  • Demonstrated product planning capability with good understanding of the latest product market trend
  • Team player with strong project management and people management skills
  • Excellent communication


职责

  • 负责公司产品线规划和设计工作，开展研究院运营工作
  • 带领团队按照项目目标和计划在规定时间节点内完成研发工作
  • 负责组织协调解决研发团队遇到的工艺技术难题
 

任职资格

  • 博士学历、IVD诊断试剂的研发背景 (5年以上优先考虑)
  • 拥有良好的产品规划、解决问题、项目管理及团队管理能力
  • 良好的沟通能力和团队意识
