Responsbility
  • Deliver the Transaction Reporting Regulatory initiatives front-to-back with associated controls to meet our regulatory obligations. Ensuring deliverables are executed on time and on budget.
  • Manage formal program governance with associated routines, roles and responsibilities between technology, operations and business sponsors.
  • Delivery of presentations for communicating progress, risks, issues and dependencies to key stakeholders and business sponsors.
  • Work with operations partners to analyze and refine the regulatory requirements given by regulatory authorities.
  • Translate and simplify the requirements for the technology teams to understand.
  • Resolving technology stream issues and/or escalating where appropriately.
  • Perform feasibility analysis, project scoping and planning, identifying alternative solutions, project strategy, and deliverable prioritization.
  • Oversee the on-going regulatory reporting obligations and ensure sustainability.
  • Communicating key updates and accomplishments to senior management and recognizing key contributors

Requirement

  • More than 13 years of IT experience and primilary in Technology Project management area
  • Knowledge in reguatory reporting, Transaction reporting will be a plus point.
  • Demonstrates ability to build strong partnerships.
  • Can influence business partners and peers, as well as Technology partners.
  • Can operate at senior levels as well as detailed levels. The ability to go into details and analyze trends for root causes is essential.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and manage delivery of complex, projects in a matrix organization.
  • Strong technology delivery capability, solution design, E2E program/project delivery to problem solving.
