A new digital banking platform is seeking a Regional Project Operations Specialist to join the team.

You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of key process/operational improvement projects. Working with key stakeholders to brainstorm, design, develop and implement new processes to support the different business units. Identification and streamlining of any areas of improvements for SOPs, policies or programs related to customer satisfaction/customer experience.

As you will be required to work with key stakeholders, strong communication skills will be required. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years’ experience in customer-related projects from banking background.
