An established bank is looking for a Regional Operations AVP to join the team.

This is an exciting regional role with exposure to a good learning curve. You will be responsible for operational risk management, operational planning and support and deliver operational process trainings to the regional branches. You will also be lead the regional reporting for transaction volume, operational errors etc.

The ideal candidate comes with at least 5 years relevant experience in banking operations, preferably covering areas in loans/trade/treasury etc. and some knowledge of operations planning and risk management. Travel will be required for the role (short trips). Japanese business proficiency will be a pre-requisite for the role as you are required to liaise with native Japanese business stakeholders. Candidates with JLPT1 are welcome to apply.
