Join a international life insurance group with solid financial results and growth. In this role as regional distribution channel management manager, you will be tasked to review and recommend strategic initiatives for channel growth( bancassurance , agency, FA, direct) . You will monitor sales performance for regular reporting and ensure sales management processes are aligned to the overall strategy and business framework.

You will have demonstrated at least 5-8 years of life insurance industry experience with strong numerical and analytical skills, this is a exciting opportunity for the individual to step-up to gain regional markets exposure in APAC and work closely with senior stakeholders.
