Responsibilities:

  • Assist the head and SVP in portfolio management of the business unit’s assets in SEA markets
  • Support business unit level initiatives eg. budgeting, forecasting, valuation, ESG, corporate governance etc and reporting as well as syndication of new private funds / fund management
  • Support the country teams in new investments and divestments, including deal evaluation, preparation of approval papers and asset management initiatives
  • Support country teams in formulating and executing asset management initiatives and potential exit strategies to optimise asset value

 
Profile of Ideal Candidate: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • At least 4-8 years of relevant experience in Investment and Asset Management (Title given accordingly)
  • Team player, family culture
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision 
  • Meticulous with good numerical sense and ability to think out of the box
  • Resourceful, have an analytical mind and proficiency in financial modelling
  • Good business and financial acumen, resourceful
