  • Candidates must have real estate investment and asset management experience in APAC across any asset class

Responsibilities:
  • To oversee existing real estate investment portfolio and lead acquisitions and divestments of new assets across the APAC region
  • Oversee and enhance the performance of existing real estate assets, ensuring alignment with investment strategies and financial objectives
  • Work closely with the CEO and Executive Director to identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities and strategic exits in target markets, conducting thorough due diligence and financial analysis
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to inform investment decisions over APAC
  • Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless transaction processes and effective asset management
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with investments and asset management activities

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management, with a focus on the APAC region
  • Strong understanding and in-depth knowledge of real estate in APAC markets, with a proven record in portfolio management, investment analysis, and transaction execution
  • Demonstrated experience in managing diverse real estate assets, including office, hospitality, and residential properties
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
