Our client who is a leading architecture firm is seeking a QP Senior Architect in Singapore.
 
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and foster a team-oriented attitude in overseeing and managing architectural teams, including junior architects, interior designers, and draftsmen.
  • Excel in design conceptualization, design development, technical coordination, and documentation management.
  • Ensure architectural drawings are prepared, reviewed, and delivered on time across various project stages.
  • Manage professional sub-consultancy agreements and oversee team performance when serving as the contractual lead consultant.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors to meet all requirements for seamless project delivery.
  • Utilize knowledge and expertise to resolve complex design and technical challenges.
 
Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years’ experience in healthcare building design preferred but not necessarily.
  • Possess a recognized degree in Architecture and registration with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
  • Demonstrate good leadership capability and able to work independently.
  • Proven experience in delivering projects from concept development to construction completion.
  • Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Revit, as well as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Professional, approachable, and equipped with excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Healthcare Projects would be a plus.
