  • Support in the origination and execution of Project/ Structured Finance transactions
  • Multiple headcounts open, across varying sectors: Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, O&G, Natural Resources, Tech media telecom (TMT), Healthcare, Data Centers, Transportation (Aviation/ Shipping/ Containers), Logistics etc


Responsibilities would include: 
  • Support in originating, structuring and executing structured finance transactions across SEA in the above sectors
  • Participate in full deal transaction: from the pitch phase through to closing including due diligence and drafting / reviews of financing and project documentation
  • Solid technical/ financial analysis capabilities to build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios to analyse the impacts of different capital structures related to different products. Prepare pitchbooks, memos and reports as needed for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Building DCF, valuation, and complex financial models with P&L, balance sheet and cashflow projections
  • Good stakeholder management and liaise with different teams, externally and internally
  • Perform client credit ratings and loan pricing analyses, assisting with deal structuring, credit analysis, prepare credit packages, process client reviews independently
  • Keeping in the loop of all sector & regional trends, clients & targets, market knowledge and industry developments in order to understand the business of the Bank's clients and transition developments.

 
Profile of Ideal Candidate: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1-6 years of relevant experience in either Debt / Corporate Financing, Big 4 corporate finance/ advisory/ PF teams, Structured finance, Leverage Finance, loan syndication, Sector Coverage, project finance. Prior sector experience not necessary.
  • Mandatory: Technical skills, i.e modelling/ running numbers/ valuations/ run cash flows etc. Prior experience in executing project/asset finance deals, including negotiating transaction documents would be advantageous
  • Attention to detail, ability to deliver under time pressure
  • Team player
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision 
  • Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
