The Role:
Our client is a leading US law firm with a strong presence in Asia. They are now seeking a mid-to-senior level projects lawyer to join the team in Singapore. You will advise both sponsors and lenders on all development and financing aspects of energy, power, oil & gas and infrastructure transactions worldwide.
Requirements:
- Preferably US / UK qualified
- 4-8 years PQE (candidates outside of this PQE range with relevant experience will be considered as well)
- Commercial contracts/construction experience (LNG sector ideal)
- M&A experience in the energy and infrastructure sector
- SE Asia experience preferred
- Full relocation package included
