Partner Sales - Account Manager role available with one of Australia's leading online financial trading companies. Due to the organisation growing, they are looking for an experienced account manager to join their expanding Partner Sales team.

This role is responsible for working with clients to transition them through their initial application through to their first trade. You will be comfortable in offering client support (technical, operational and basic trading), offering the highest level of client service and responding to all incoming enquiries in a timely manner.

Experience
  • Exceptional presentation skills - face to face and phone based.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and think analytically.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
  • Good knowledge of financial markets and trading.
