We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to drive the growth and brand strategy for a leading global Web3 events platform. This high-impact role will oversee all marketing, communications, and audience engagement initiatives across flagship conferences.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies across multiple global events.
  • Strengthen brand positioning within the Web3 and digital innovation ecosystem.
  • Drive ticket sales, community engagement, and digital growth through data-driven campaigns.
  • Oversee owned channels, including social media, newsletters, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and creative excellence.
 
Requirements:
  • 7–10 years’ experience in marketing, ideally in Web3, technology, or large-scale events.
  • Proven expertise in digital and performance marketing, social strategy, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of crypto or emerging tech communities preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Based in or open to relocating to Hong Kong (preferred) or Singapore.
