Our client is Global Investment firm seeking a Manager/VP, Investment Regulations to join the team.
 
As the SME in investments regulations, your role includes reviewing new products and markets for the business from a regulations perspective, and ongoing monitoring of the existing investment portfolio compliance. You will also be involved in pre and post-trade rules coding, implementing and monitoring. Work with the front office team to assess potential deals from a regulations standpoint and to be the face of regulatory compliance for the business.
 
The ideal candidate should have relevant compliance/regulatory experience for global market or private markets, in the bank/financial services industry. Strong communication skills a pre-requisite to work with key stakeholders within the business, strong analytical skills and project management skills. Please note that this role is open to candidates at the associate level up to a senior manager/VP level.
