Responsibilities would include: 
  • Proceed with M&A projects in Asia consumer sector
  • Plan, explore opportunities, negotiate with target company, analyze target companies etc
  • Develop new businesses in relation to the existing portfolio
  • Develop and expand asset management business (real estate, infrastructure, data centers) in Asian region
  • Manage and support affiliated companies in Asian countries which the firm has invested related to asset management business and private equity business.
  • To support seniors to manage department operation and business operations
  • Support best in class execution of M&A projects including but not limited to financial analysis, valuation, due-diligence, marketing, structuring, documentation and process management
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders (internal and external) to drive efficient process, leveraging from known best practices
  • Provide financial analysis, valuation, structuring, process expertise to the envisioned transaction
  • Prepare acquisition proposals, recommending financial and nonfinancial strategic objectives and alternatives
 
 
Profile of Ideal Candidate: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Good technical skills, i.e financial analysis, modelling etc.
  • Attention to detail, ability to deliver under time pressure
  • Team player
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision 
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
  • Professional and broad knowledge of M&A (valuation, negotiation, funding, investment structuring)
  • Strong interpersonal skill of communication and negotiation
  • Deep understanding of management of company (accounting, tax, human resource, financing, internal regulation)
