A unique opportunity to play an integral role in driving the product roadmap and supporting the launch of new investment capabilities for a leading Australian Wealth Manager.

About the Role
As a Pricing Analytics Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of innovative wealth management products and services. You will partner across Product, Finance, and Strategy teams to design, analyse, and model client pricing structures for both current and future investment offerings. Your work will help shape the pricing roadmap and ensure commercial viability while meeting regulatory and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of pricing structures across a range of investment products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Financial Analysts, to ensure pricing strategies align with project goals and business benefits.
  • Support the development lifecycle from ideation through to product launch, including vendor engagement and feasibility assessments.
  • Ensure pricing frameworks comply with relevant regulatory requirements, internal governance policies, and audit standards.
  • Communicate complex pricing recommendations effectively to stakeholders, influencing key decisions across the business.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years' Pricing Analytics experience gained in either banking, wealth management or private banking sectors, with a strong understanding of investment products.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing pricing models for financial products and services.
  • Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience managing pricing feasibility with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets and financial models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly adaptable with a proactive approach to execution and delivery.
