Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for employer branding by providing the knowledge and best practices
  • Establish key employee value propositions that are aligned with market expectations and internal staff
  • Develop a strategy to promote employer branding through career site, social media and events
  • Develop campaigns and communications to build brand advocacy
  • Monitor, measure and improve effectiveness of campaigns and communications


Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in driving employer brand initiatives
  • Strong project management experience
