A Regional Bank is seeking a Loan Agency Lead to join the team.
 
Reporting into the Head of Department, you will lead and guide a team of loan agency specialists in daily operations work. As a senior member of the team, you will also assist the HOD to proactively identify areas of improvements across resource planning, processes & systems, ensuring that controls are in place to minimize areas of risk. There may be project work relating to loan agency process that you will need to participate/lead in.
 
The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years loan agency experience, candidates with leadership experience will be highly considered. Nonetheless, senior candidates with leadership potential may be considered too. Strong communication skills a pre-requisite as you will need to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to perform for the role.
