My client is a fast-growing health tech business with presence in key Asia markets. This will be a new hire as a Healthcare Risk Advisory Lead for the Hong Kong market. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • You will be involved with external client engagements- understand the client's existing gaps and requirements, and be able to provide diagnosis and design solutions for them.
  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders (commercial, data analytics, technology etc), and along various subject matter experts to create client recommendations. 
  • You will communicate clients' requirements and feedback to internal stakeholders for product deployment requirements and ensure alignment to clients' priorities.
  • Contribute subject matter expertise in the areas of provider management risk strategies, management of  hospitals utilisation.

Key Experience and Skills:

  • Demonstrate clear and effective English communication, presentation skills 
  • Bachelor's Degree (clinical degree would be preferred) 
  • 10+ Years of relevant professional experience working in either one or all of the following areas: health insurance, health risk management, health operations, network provider management, medical costs containment , chronic disease management 
  • Strong organisational, project management skills 
  • Sense of ownership, and prides on delivering high quality work 
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to navigate around different ways of working to get things done
