Responsibilities would include:
  • Manage portfolio assets (investment, performance, legal evolutions, etc.) in close coordination with branch general management and relevant function teams
  • Ensure that the Group and JV governance are implemented  
  • Advise on JV Management assets evolutions and opportunities, in coordination with the JV partners
  • Conduct regular analyses and presentations on JV assets performance and risks.
  • Provide recommendations for key strategic decisions (operating strategy, investments, portfolio refinancing)
  • Assess potential market evolution impact and new opportunities in coordination with the business development team
  • Finalise the JV long-term plan with the regional and group management
 

Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience with a private equity firm / asset manager / IPP / renewable energy project developer / investment management firm
  • Experience in early greenfield development, particularly around Renewable Energy assets, is a plus
  • Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation), interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Good work ethics, analytical and decision-making skills, and high attention to detail
  • Capable of advancing multiple work streams simultaneously, deliver time-critical projects, and work in diverse project teams
